To use our Service, you must register for an account, which may be done through a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any activity that infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the Service.
• Use the service for any automated data collection or "scraping" without our express written permission.

You are solely responsible for the input you provide ("Prompts") and the resulting output you generate ("Generations").

The Service operates on a credit-based system. You may purchase credits to use the various AI models and features. The rate at which credits are consumed depends on the specific AI model and the volume of usage (e.g., tokens processed, images generated).

All payments for credits are processed through our third-party payment provider, Polar. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Our Service: We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights (branding, UI, features). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Your Content: To the extent permitted by law and subject to the terms of underlying third-party AI model providers, you own your Prompts and Generations. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

Artificial intelligence is a rapidly advancing field, and the output generated may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. You must evaluate the accuracy of any Generation and are responsible for its use.

In no event shall Cognity.space, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
